After 22 hours in Seattle we arrived in San Francisco and started exploring a bit. We went to the Bay area and visited the Musée Mécanique, but couldn’t do more than this because of a bad jet lag crash. Our first official full day in San Francisco started the day after. We rented a bike at Blazing Saddles Tours and Activities and biked the Golden Gate Bridge. Along the way we stopped at the Palace of Fine Arts. After a fun and sometimes frustrating bike ride we made it to Sausalito in the Marin County. Instead of biking the bridge back to San Francisco, we took the ferry where we had an amazing view of Alcatraz and the neighboring cities.
